Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty
All Ocean Auto Color products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including defective components or materials.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Damage caused by negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Issues resulting from failure to follow the instructions provided in the User Guide.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and their use in professional environments, we do not accept returns once an item has shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@oceanautocolor.com.
Once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, your order will be processed, and no changes or cancellations can be made.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging, along with your order details.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or refunding the cost of the item at our discretion.
Shipping Errors
If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect address entered during processing), we will reship the item at no additional cost. If the error was due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds

You receive a defective product covered under our warranty, and we are unable to provide a replacement.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
